Akta 13 is my great-great-great-grandmother’s sister’s 1849 marriage record from Zaręby Kościelne, Łomża, Poland. I would like it translated in full (or at least everything that isn’t the standard wording of a marriage record).

Names that I would expect to see in the text are:

- the bride: Leja WAJNTROB;
- her father: Abram/Abraham WAJNTROB;
- her mother: Mirka Idźkowicz;
- the groom: Mordka Michel KWIATOWICZ son of Sapsio.

5/13/2026 4:10 PM This is a photo Louis Friedman (in the center) with two of his three children, Al (bottom left), and Bernard (bottom right). Al and Bernard (nickname Bernie), were twins born in 1927. They have an older brother Sidney who is not in this photo. The woman standing behind Louis is his wife and the mother of his three sons, Sarah née Kramer (standing top left). The woman standing on the right of is Sarah’s younger sister Rose Schor (later remarried and became Rose Singer). I am wondering if anyone knows or is related to people mentioned in this photo. 5/13/2026 4:10 PM This was at the wedding of Joseph Kramer and Rita née Rubinlicht. Those named in the photograph are siblings. Those not named in the photograph are unknown, maybe relatives or friends. Harry Kramer is the father of the groom. Harry’s older brother Hirschel was often mistakenly called his brothers name, even on his obituary and gravestone. Rose was youngest of the siblings. Besides Rose and Hirschel, Harry had three more siblings, an elder sister who died back in 1951, and two more brothers who were unable to attend. I am researching my family history and have found a birth record from the Warsaw Civil Registry (Archiwum Państwowe w Warszawie), written in pre-revolutionary Russian cursive script.

This appears to be Act No. 4, a birth certificate for a girl named Shauba-Gitlya MICNER, born around October 1904 in Warsaw.

The parents seem to be:
- Father: Rywen MICNER (мещанин — townsman)
- Mother: Kajla Sura, née WEBER

I would be very grateful if someone could provide a full transcription and translation of this document, particularly:
1. The exact date of birth
2. The father's age and profession
3. The mother's age
4. The names and details of the witnesses
5. Any other details I may have missed

This family is connected to Léon MICNER (born Jajna Lajwy Micner, 7 September 1907 in Warsaw), who emigrated to Paris in 1920.
