I believe that this letter was sent by my great-grandfather Abraham Felder to friends in the US who knew his family in Bricheva, Bessarabia. The Felders also came to the US in the early 1920s. I would be grateful for a translation.

7/7/2026 11:46 AM The last few lines are faded in places. This is what I can make of it:

As an eternal souvenir of family Sobetsky. The card (...) Heni Sobetsky with her children the day of our departure from Pelge/Felge to America, Octob 3, 1922. A warm, friendly thanks. God should (. . .) their children (. . .)

7/8/2026 8:17 AM I suppose “Pelge” could be a strongly accented pronunciation of “Belgie” (Belgium), or it could simply be a spelling error.
