I believe Itzko's father was Gershko, and Khana's father was Meyer-Gersh. Can you confirm this is the correct record, and that the parents names are correct, and what Khana's maiden name was? Thank you!!

Well, Yes. That is correct except we actually pronounce the names as Hirsch mad Meyer Hirsch. Hirsh is the Yiddish for Tzvi, meaning a deer, in English.

I had the same problem when people thought that Gersh was short for Gershon. It is not. In Slavic languages, they don't have an H, so they write Gersh. (Similarly, there are people with last names of Hirschkovitz and Gershkovits, but they are really the same names.)
