Page 2 of letter associated with R'Yitzchok Baritz, whose father was chief rabbi of Nemonitz. I greatly appreciate any help!

This letter is in Hebrew, and it's signed by Yitschok Baharits. It's hard to make sense of all of it from the last two pages alone, but it advises the recipient how to marry off his daughter. The recipient is also described as constantly on the move, from Baltrimantz to Lodzei, Wysoki Dwor, Nowy Dwor, Zabludow. There is also a reference to Reb Artsik of Oren and Moshe Zevullun of Sloboda.

I misread the last paragraph, which paraphrases Jeremiah 50:17. I would now translate it:

“I am a scattered sheep, lions drove me away; the first, the tax collector from Aren, ate me; the last, Moshe Zevullun of Sloboda, finished me completely.“

Previously I misread the Russian word for tax collector (sborshchik) as “Reb Artsik”.
