Hi, I would like a transliteration of the name of the person who signed. I believe it's Hebrew and the person's name is Yosef but I'm not sure.
Thank you in advance. |

Please translate the entire middle line (#131?) including column headings please.
Trying to determine if this is the first or second marriage for the groom (the bride is different than family records indicate).

Would like to know two things about this 1852 marriage record of IKHIL, son of VOL. In the Hebrew version of this record:
1. Is his surname VILderman, as I suspect, or is it VAYderman?
2. Is his town of registration KUNA?
Thanks! |

Translate line #44 all the way across (including column headings please). It appears the location may be in the heading rather than handwritten?
Should be the birth record for Fanni Herschderfer. Looking to clarify details of her parents.
Also not sure if Fanni is the true Given Name (family history says Frumet is the Given Name and Fanni is a nickname, could it be the opposite?).

This may be the gravestone of my 2nd-great grandfather (Sorry for the challenging quality of the photo. Its all I have)
The caption on the website reads:
"Yehuda ben Menachem"
"Date of Death: 8 Shevat 5673 (1913-01-16)"
The name fits perfectly with "Lieb son of Mendel" but the date should be about 1933 based on other information.
Can you translate, and is it possible the date actually says '8693' rather than '8673'
(also the gravestone looks in rather good condition so it is conceivably a replacement and that an error was introduced on this gravestome itself)
Thank you ! |

From szukajwarchiwach site via JRI-Poland.
Akta 12 is my great-great-grandfather’s sister’s 1843 birth record from Zaręby Kościelne, Łomża, Poland. I would like it translated in full (or at least everything that isn’t the standard wording of a birth record). Names that I would expect to see in the text are:
- the child’s name: Ester Enia Herynger;
- her father: Chaim Herynger, son of Matys;
- her mother: Bella Sora Wantrob, daughter of Abram.
Thanks so much! Hopefully the handwriting isn’t too hard to read. |
