Translate line #44 all the way across (including column headings please). It appears the location may be in the heading rather than handwritten?

Should be the birth record for Fanni Herschderfer. Looking to clarify details of her parents.
Also not sure if Fanni is the true Given Name (family history says Frumet is the Given Name and Fanni is a nickname, could it be the opposite?).

In Jewish families, there was often a mismatch between the names they used in secular life and what they considered to be their "true" names. (Some people practically picked a different secular name for every occasion.) Add to this the fact that civil registrars were required to record names in Hungarian, according to Hungarian spelling rules, but in 1909, they had no official name-list to go by: each registrar had to make his own decisions about what names he considered acceptable for registration.

(For whatever it's worth, neither the 1971 nor the current list [https://nytud.hu/oldal/utonevjegyzek] make any mention of Frumet, but both have Fanni.)

her name was fanni, probably short for stefania. her hebrew name (yiddish, actually) would be frumit. and the notation in the last column would be a reference to a file number, possibly her death in 2002?

Given that this is the birth registry entry, and it says "Fanni", her full (secular) name was Fanni. It wasn't short for anything.

(In 19th-20th c. Hungary, Fanni had two origins: the English nickname for Frances, which was popularized by translated romances; and the German nickname for Stephanie.)
