Informant: the below-named father, whom the below-written assistant registrar knows personally
Natural father: Salamon Herschdörfer, Jewish, day-laborer in various branches, residence Magyar Komját, birthplace Szkole, Galicia, age 41 years
Mother: widow Mrs. Ábrahám Schvarcz born Róza Gelb, Jewish, homemaker, residence Magyar Komját, birthplace Alsó Karaszló, age 40 years
Birth: Magyar Komját, 15 July 1901, 11 p.m.
Child: boy, Jewish, Bernát
Remark: the word "legal" has been crossed out in the text and "natural" has been written in its place. Salamon Herschdörfer remarks that he was present at the birth and acknowledges the child as his own.
Death event in the death register for year 1902 under number 104.
