I think my great x1 grandfather may have had a brother or more likely an uncle called Jacob who emigrated to UK.
I am not convinced THIS jacob is that man however I would appreciate as full a translation as possible so that I can qualify him in or out
Many thanks for you help .. in anticipation
Dave

ok ... My grandfather had at least 3 sisters
who all emigrated to UK; the oldest was known in UK as Annie although her uk wedding registration lists her as anna rose
I suspect that this polish record may be her birth registration: dates basically match however the mothers name may be different to mother listed on the youngest sisters polish wedding registration implying different mothers/same father ?
I would appreciate as complete a translation as possible to qualify and understand her father and mother's details in particular
Many Thanks

his fathers name was Moshe .. same as the occupant of this grave .. who died in 1918
me wonders whether this might be a brother ??
Fullest translation possible would be welcome
Many thanks Dave

I have a loose translation of this document (below) but am keenly interested in understanding the dates -- what is the date of registration versus the date the actual marriage occurred at the synagogue? This is a huge brick wall I'm trying to break through! Thank you so much

This is the headstone of my great-great-great grandfather. He died in 1907.The headstone is in a bad way and we are considering replacing it. Unfortunately the writing is illegible. I am looking for an individual or company that specialises in trying to figure out the text. |

Hello,
This is an 1847 Farmers list of Joniskis. I believe Girsha Dunie, son of Itsik is listed. If he is listed, which line is he? Also, is the script on the bottom right a signature?
Here is the link

Thank you so very much,
