9/7/2026 12:02 PM №27. Состоялось в городе Скорневицах 10/22 февраля 1897 года.
Явилась лично Хава Райзля Богуцкая, вдова, 40 лет, подёнщица, в городе Скорневицах живущая, в присутствии свидетелей Хаима Гаера, 67 лет, божничного служащего и Шимона Липшаца, 62 года, торговца предъявили нам младенца женского пола, объявляя ,что он родился 6/18 января 1892 года в 10 часов вечера, а прижит (родился) в законном супружестве с мужем, ныне покойном Израилем Нусеном Богуцким, по случаю его смерти при этом акте не присутствующим. Младенцу этому при совершенном обряде дано имя Хая-Лая. Акт этот составлен с опозданием по нерадению (не обязательности, не внимательности) отца, ныне покойного. Акт прочитан и подписан. Мать заявила, что писать не умеет.

Hava Raizlya Bogutskaya, a widow, 40, a day laborer, who lives in the city of Skornevitsy, appeared personally. In the presence of witnesses, Chaim Gaer, 67, a hospital employee, and Shimon Lipshatz, 62, a merchant, they presented us with a female baby,

announcing that he was born on January 6/18, 1892 at 10 p.m., and was born (was born) in a legal marriage with her husband, the late Israel Nucen Bogutsky, who was not present at this act on the occasion of his death.
This infant was given the name Khaya-Laya during the ceremony.
This document was drawn up with delay due to the negligence (lack of diligence, lack of attentiveness) of the father, who is now deceased.
The document has been read and signed.
The mother stated that she cannot write.
Contains Civil Status documents.
