№66. Состоялось в городе Скерневицах 13/25 мая 1886 года.
Явился лично Израль Нусен Богуцкий, 26 лет, подёнщик, постоянный житель посада Бяла Равского уезда *), в городе Скерневицах живущий, в присутствии свидетелей Хаима Гаера, 55 лет, божничного служащего и Шимона Липшица, 52 года, лавочника предъявил нам младенца женского пола, объявляя ,что он родился в здешнем городе Скерневицах 3/15 мая текущего года в 6 часа ночи от законной его жены Ройзли Хавы , урождённой Гершфингер,32 лет.
Младенцу этому при совершении сегодня обряда дано имя Хана Гитля . Акт прочитан и подписан. Отец заявил, что грамоты не знает.
Содержащий акты Гражданского Состояния. Подпись: Петруспиский.

*) С 1867 года Бяла-Равская числилась посадом гмины Марёнов Равского уезда Петроковской губернии Царства Польского. В 1919 году уезд был преобразован в Равский повят Лодзинского воеводства Польши.

No. 66. It took place in the city of Skierniewice on May 13/25, 1886.
Israel Nusen Bogutsky, 26 years old, a day laborer, a permanent resident of the village of Byala, Ravsky district *), who lives in the city of Skiernevitsy, personally appeared. In the presence of witnesses, Chaim Gaer, 55 years old, a hospital employee and Shimon Lipshitz, 52 years old, a shopkeeper, presented us with a female baby, announcing that he was born in the local town of Skiernevitsy
3/15 on May of this year at 6 a.m. from his lawful wife Roizli Hava, nee Gershfinger, 32 years old.
This infant was given the name Hana Gitlya during the ceremony performed today.
The act has been read and signed.
The father stated that he does not know how to read or write.
Contains acts of Civil Status. Signature: Petruspis.
*) Since 1867, Biała Rawska was listed as a settlement in the Mareńów commune of Rawski County, Petrokov Governorate, Kingdom of Poland. In 1919, the county was transformed into Rawski County, Łódź Voivodeship, Poland.
