№114. Состоялось в городе Скерневицах 22 ноября/4 декабря 1887 года.
Явился лично Израль Нусен Богуцкий, 26 лет, подёнщик, в городе Скерневицах живущий, в присутствии свидетелей Хаима Гаера, 56 лет, божничного служащего и Шимона Липшица, 53 года, лавочника предъявил нам младенца мужского пола, объявляя ,что он родился 18/30 ноября текущего года в 3 часа ночи от законной его жены Хавы Райзы, урождённой Гершфингер,33 лет.
Младенцу этому при совершении сегодня обрезания дано имя Иосек. (И.О.С.Е.К.). Акт прочитан и подписан. Отец заявил, что грамоты не знает.
Содержащий акты Гражданского Состояния. Подпись: Петруспиский.

No. 114. It took place in the city of Skierniewice on November 22 / December 4, 1887.
Israel Nusen Bogutsky, 26 years old, a day labourer, who lives in the town of Skierniewice, appeared in person and, in the presence of witnesses Haim Gaer, 56 years old, a church employee, and Shimon Lipshitz, 53 years old, a shopkeeper, presented to us a male infant, declaring that he
was born on November 18/30 of the current year at 3 a.m. to his lawful wife, Hava Raiza, née Gershfinger, 33 years old.
This infant, at the time of circumcision today, was given the name Iosek. (I.O.S.E.K.).
The act was read and signed. The father stated that he does not know how to read or write.
Contains acts of Civil Status. Signature: Petruspiski.
