№65. Состоялось в городе Скерневицах 1/13 августа 1881 года.
Явился лично Израль Нысен Богуцкий, при родителях живущий в городе Скерневицах,21год, в присутствии свидетелей Давида Кноп, подёншика, 46 лет и Бинема Померанц, подёнщика, 53 лнь
предъявил нам младенца мужского пола, объявляя ,что он родился в здешнем городе Скерневицах 15 июня/8 июля текущего года в 9 часов вечера от законной его жены Хавы Райзли , урождённой Гершфингер,20 лет.
Младенцу этому при совершении обряда обрезания дано имя: Мошек. Акт прочитан и подписан. Отец и свидетели заявили, что грамоты не знает.
Содержащий акты Гражданского Состояния. Подпись: Петруспиский.

No. 65. It took place in the city of Skierniewice on August 1/13, 1881.
Israel Nysen Bogutsky appeared in person, living with his parents in the town of Skernevitsy; he is 21 years old. In the presence of witnesses David Knop, a day labourer, aged 46, and Binem Pomerantz, a day labourer, aged 53, he presented us with a male infant, declaring that it was
born in the local town of Skernevitsy on June 15 / July 8 of the current year at 9 p.m. by his lawful wife, Hava Raizli, née Gershfinger, aged 20.
This infant was given the name Moshek during the circumcision ritual.
The document has been read and signed.
The father and the witnesses stated that they do not know how to read or write.
Contains acts of Civil Status. Signature: Petruspiskiy.
