"Hore menovaný (á) bol (a) predtým do Velkých Begaň ma záklovole usnesenia č.8/927 póvolne príslušný (á)."

Velkých Begaň (Nagy Bégány in Hungarian) was the village in Bereg county where Rudolf FARKAS's father Hendrick had been born, and where all of Hendrick's relatives lived. I am trying to understand if Rudolf had visited Velkých Begaň or if he had residency rights there.
