Here is the translation of the first page. The others are not easy to understand for me since I am not a lawyer ...

Associate sawyers, living in Angoulême. Me. Dupchéniour
attorney appearing and pleading on behalf of the
Applicants, on the one hand
and Mr. Jean Groudin himself resident at Allies Town
of Angoulême, defendant, M. Maigneu attorney
appearing and pleading on his behalf. On the other
hand, without the present
qualities being able to harm or prejudice the rights and interests
respective parties. The applicants exhibited in a
request by them presented to M. the president of the civil court
of Angoulême that they were Mr. Groudin’s creditors of a sum of
four hundred and sixty francs for sawing wood, days
employed for this Mr. Groudin and ..… from…. wood; than
despite the many procedures they took, they had
been unable to obtain payment of the above-mentioned sum, that they
have learned that Mr. Dupont Wytte
oats trader residing in Angoulême rue de Périgueux was debtor
of Mr. Grondin of significant sums for sale and delivery
of wood made to mentioned M. Dupont, M. Grondin had
removed before paying for them. As a result they
concluded that it pleases the President to authorize them
to form seizure - judgment in the hands of M; Dupont, to
all sums, money, values or whatever objects he had
or would owe or should to Sr. Grondin for guarantee and
have payment of the sum of five hundred francs, to which
he would like to assess the claimants' claim. This
request having been answered with a favorable order
Mr. . Heazaffro… and Brumeri have following feat of
Derzarne bailiff in Angoulême on January Twenty-Two
last formed seizure stop in the hands of the M. Dupont
