Scanned, handwritten document appears to be the record of a stillborn daughter to my great-grandparents, Eli Meir Dziesiątek & Devorah Kucharska. The baby's name, Malka, is not familiar to us. However, due to later birth certificates in America, it is noted that Devorah (Dora) did have two (2) stillbirths. Please translate and provide any relevant details.

I found this Dachau Concentration Camp record for Herbert Appelbaum and ran it through Google Translate to English, but I don't know the abbreviations or what the record is telling me.

I do know that Herbert Oscar Appelbaum survived the holocaust and, in 1951, went to Israel, via New York City. He died in Israel in 1969.

I'm just trying to understand what information this record imparts.
