This is a page from the 1878 census of Jewish agricultural settlements in Kiev Guberniya (GAKO 1-36-6338). List for the Romanovka settlement near Berdychiv. I'm interested in line 197 for Itsko Bentsin Shulimovich LEVIY, my 3xggf. Can someone make out the entry in the 7th column, a description of the farm? (The first word seems to be khozyaystvo, "farm.") Thanks |

I will upload the next two pages as well. I'm researching the Bialystok branch of my family and would love to find out what it says. |

Hello,
Could anyone please help me transcribe and translate this Russian handwritten document?
The document dates from 1915 and is written in Russian cursive handwriting (pre-revolutionary Russian). I am particularly interested in obtaining an accurate transcription of the original Cyrillic text before translating it.
I would be very grateful if someone could provide:
1. A line-by-line transcription in the original Russian/Cyrillic, preserving the original spelling and pre-revolutionary orthography where possible.
2. A translation into English.
3. Please indicate with [?] or brackets any words that are uncertain rather than guessing.
4. The document contains the surname КОРЕНБЛУМЪ (Korenblum), which is important for my family history research.
I have already tried to read it myself, but some parts of the handwriting are very difficult to decipher.

My grandfather, Lev Savranski, was born on September 3, 1909, in Elisavetgrad (Yelisavetgrad) to Jewish parents: Itko-Ansel Savranski and Dobrish. In 1921, the family fled to Chisinau, where they took on a false Christian identity for survival. My grandfather became known as Alexandru Curinai (originally Kurinny / Куринный in Ukraine), and his parents were registered as Sava and Alexandra Curinai.I have recently discovered his original birth record from the Jewish metrical books of 1909 under his real name, Lev Savranski. I am sharing their wedding photo from "Foto Tascher" in Chisinau and I am looking for any information, business records, or connections regarding the Savranski family from Elisavetgrad before 1921. |

I am hoping I have the correct record and most certainly appreciate your help. This is an index page of marriages from the city of Leczna in 1906, AKT #2. I'm hoping it shows a marriage between a Binem/Biniamin BLONES and possibly a Bina FAJN.
The marriage record, which I will also post on ViewMate is in poor condition.
I'm hoping to confirm the names, possibly get any vital information available.

This is a letter that my great-grandfather Jeshaia London wrote from Palestine in June 1924 to his wife Ziporah’s first-cousin Mordechai Josef (Max) Green in Perth, Western Australia. I assume it is about the fact that Jeshaia & Ziporah were planning to emigrate to Perth with their children (Ahuva/Lily, Chasya/Hemda and Huskel). Indeed, they arrived in Perth in December 1924.
