ViewMate translation request, Hebrew

I believe this is the gravestone of Miriam / Rebecca Sharshevich/Scher, born in Lithuania. I believe her father is Shimen. Her married name is Cinoman.

Does that agree with the information on this gravestone?

Thank you,

Ann

============================================
Mirka is a Yiddish nickname, most likely derived from the Hebrew name Miriam.

Rivka is Hebrew for Rebecca.

SHIMON [SHIM-own] is Hebrew for Simon.

Her father was a Levite, descended from Levi, one of Jacob's twelve sons. Levites had special functions in the Temples and still have special recognition today. The designation of Levite is passed from father to son.

The 2nd of Adar, 5689, corresponds to March 13th/14th, 1929.
