    Transcribed and translated Inscriptions from Tombstones for following cemeteries in Bessarabia-Moldova: Komrat, Rybnitsa New, Tiraspol-Dalnee.

  • Janet FURBA: Translated several sets of Bessarabia Revision Lists;
    Collected and translated information on Tiraspol Zionists. Janet also participated in translation of Bolgrad, and Tiraspol Cemetery inscriptions.

  • Nathen GABRIEL: Worked on many Bessarabian cemetery projects, translated and deciphered Hebrew writings. For 3 years Nathen has been helping to get almost unreadable names into our Burial registry for cemeteries in Bessarabia/Moldova.

  • Ala GAMULKA: Translated parts of Bendery Yizkor Book;
    Translated 34 articles from Encyclopedia of Jewish Communities in Romania, Volume 1, 2 about Jewish Communities in Bessarabia and Moldova and two general articles;
    Transcribed and translated Inscriptions from Tombstones for following cemeteries: Bendery, Brichany, Tiraspol-Dalnee, Kishinev (Doyna);
    Presented at Jewish Genealogical conference in Jerusalem in 2015;
    Transcribed Business Directory of 1924-25;
    Active member of Bessarabia Board team.

  • Mike GLAZER: Translated many sets of Bessarabia Revision Lists;
    Verified work of other translators.

  • Roberta JAFFER: She managed a Brichany Yizkor book translation that is now published. She participated for a number of years on the JGSGB (local Boston group) Bessarabia SIG and is currently her leader. Roberta actively participated in transcribing, indexing Miriam W.' material, which is now part of our Bessarabia SIG website. The last project Roberta worked on - was a number of Town Maps was translated under her supervision, and now are part of our website.

  • Harvey KABAKER: Developed Geographical Dictonary for Jewish Population in Bessarabia and Transnistria.
    Managed and transcribed the Business Directory 1924-25 project.
    Managed and transcribed the 1940 Kishinev Business Directory.

  • Yefim KOGAN: Yefim is the heart and soul of Bessarabia SIG as its founder and coordinator. He is a tireless researcher and contributor and always puts Bessarabia first. He is 'the volunteer'.

  • Svetlana KONONOV: Translated many sets of Bessarabia Revision Lists.
    Translated sets of Podolia Revision Lists for towns in Moldova.

  • Yoni KUPCHIK: Translated many sets of Bessarabia Vital Records,
    Created a Family Search (LDS) catalog of microfilms on Bessarabia Revision records.

  • Terry LASKY: Transcribed 1905/1906 Bessarabia Duma records ; Project Leader of Orgeyev Yizkor Book;
    Translated Calarasi Yizkor Book Index; Developed Orgeyev KehilaLinks website;
