This is the inscription on the back of a postcard photo, which may have come from France. It shows a man with his small daughter, possibly from the 1920's (based on the girl's dress). Several of my relatives immigrated to the US via Le Havre, France, so it's possible that the photo of these people was taken there as well. |

Comparing the writing on the five lines, I suspect that the fourth line says (in error) "don't Austria" while intending to say "don't know." Does anyone see this differently? |
