6/23/2021 10:36 AM Would appreciate a complete translation of the inscription on the tombstone of Pesha Rivka, daughter of Yakov. It was sent from the Mount of Olives cemetery in Jerusalem. I do know (1) her father Yakov is described as שו"ב abbreviation for shocket and bodek (2) the following word with the question mark is the town she was from, it's a corrupted form of Vonsosh/Wasosz in Poland. 6/23/2021 10:35 AM This is an 1850 birth registration for Itzig Weisman included in the 1871 birth registrations for that town. Next to the birth registration are extensive notes in tiny script which I hope will explain why the birth was just being registered 21 years later.
This is possibly my great-great grandfather. He began to have his family in the early-mid 1870's in Kolomyya.

Any help deciphering the notes would be greatly appreciated. I know they are hard to read. I can tell that his parents were Henie (mother) and Chaim Weissman (Sniatyn).
