First lines say he will shortly be in Kovna and will visit them.

His name is Shmaryahu

Second part (from Fanni) starts with "Highly treasured family Ehrnfeld". Their letter made her very happy, thought she's sad to hear they're not in the best of health. Hoping they'll get better soon. Wishing them health and prosperity ["good business"] your well wishing sister Fanni Yablonsky
She also sends greetings and kisses to their children.
