This is an 1850 birth registration for Itzig Weisman included in the 1871 birth registrations for that town. Next to the birth registration are extensive notes in tiny script which I hope will explain why the birth was just being registered 21 years later.
This is possibly my great-great grandfather. He began to have his family in the early-mid 1870's in Kolomyya.

Any help deciphering the notes would be greatly appreciated. I know they are hard to read. I can tell that his parents were Henie (mother) and Chaim Weissman (Sniatyn).

The recently uncovered birth index books from the Przemysl Project lists the same birth in the 1871 records with a notation of 1850 next to it.

6/25/2021 9:41 PM very small text, unintelligible, but I expect that the text is the standard administrative remark, which provides no personal information on the person born, just repeats that the birth record was entered in such and such book
