My grandfather was Samuel Garstein. He left Bessarabia and emigrated to Argentina before 1919. My great-grandparents were Schulim Garstein and Fanya Rosman (their names and surnames may have been misspelled by the Argentinian immigration officers).

10/13/2021 10:30 AM This is from a document called "Issuance of aid to poor Jews in Vyazivka with family lists." The lower half of the page is a list of signatures. I believe that my GG grandfather, Zvi Hersh Kobrinsky, is the first signature. I would appreciate a translation of the Russian verbiage on the first half of the page, above the signatures.
