I am wondering if both the father and son in this birth record are named Abram Jakubowicz, and if so, does the document indicate that the father was deceased when the child was born (and if that is the case, does it say when he died)? Also does it identify the mother’s maiden name?

The record I'm interested in is located at the bottom of the right-hand page (p.527); item 483.

It is a birth record for Mojżesz Fischler, son of Filip and Malke (Tepper).
