Category: Translation - Polish Approval Date: 11/21/2021 12:13 PM Family Surname: Jakubowicz Country: Poland Town: Zakroczym Date of Image: 1849	Click the picture to enlarge	I am wondering if both the father and son in this birth record are named Abram Jakubowicz, and if so, does the document indicate that the father was deceased when the child was born (and if that is the case, does it say when he died)? Also does it identify the mother’s maiden name?
