Akta 47 is my great-great-grandfather’s first-cousin’s 1858 birth record from Zaręby Kościelne, Łomża, Poland. I would like it translated in full (or at least everything that isn’t the standard wording of a birth record).

Names that I would expect to see in the text are:

- the child’s name: Bella Sura WAJNTROB;
- her father: Wolf WAJNTROB, son of Abram and Mirka;
- her mother: Chana Jochwa SEGALOWICZ, daughter of Izrael.
