Does the attached image have any more detail other than Grynberg, Zawel, born in Wegrow 1842 to Jerman and Ruchla?

If possible, cross reference this to the other record just uploaded, that is possibly his older sister, from her 1836 marriage record:
GRYMBERG, Chaia from Błonie Duże, daughter of Jerma (son of Mosko) and Ruchla (daughter of Szulim) to SZARFMAN, Szlama of Prostyń, son of Icko (son of Szulim) and Ruchla (daughter of Berko), married in 1834.

Both Zawel's birth and Chaia's marriage seem to show same parents, Jerma and Ruchla. and same grandfathers (Mosko and Szulim).

This record says exactly what you've highlighted. Zawel, born to Jerman Moskowicz GRYMBERG and Ruchla Szulimowna. No other details.

There are numerous other details as you can see, including that the child was in fact born in a village near Węgrów called Reniany[?]. (I can’t seem to find this village in any databases, though.)

Birth: Reniany, 15 January 1842, 10 a.m. [10:00]

Child: Zanwel

Sex: Male

Father (Declarant): Jerman Mośkowicz [son of Mośko/Mosiek] GRYMBERG, day-laborer, residing in Reniany, 53 years old

Mother (Wife of Declarant): Ruchla Szulimowna [daughter of Szulim], 38 years old

Yes, indeed, numerous other details, but none pertaining to the question of whether these are the same parents as those in the 1836 marriage record.
