Hi all,
I believe this is Russian, may be Polish or even Yiddish. It is the death record of Leja Bluma Sztainklaper age 60, in 1876. It could very well be my second great grandmother. I'm hoping to know if there are any other names in this document that may help in identification. Thank you in advance for any information you may be able to provide.

I know this is the death record of Aharon Ortweiler, who died in 1843. I would love additional information, including mother's name including maiden name (father's should be Jakob) and anything else that is on there. |

To whom it may concern:
I would greatly appreciate the translation of the
Hebrew inscriptions if possible. I believe Max Sussman Gin is a distant relative originally from
Jurbarkas, Kaunas, Lithuania. I would like to know who his father was. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Harold Ginn

Hello -- I would appreciate a translation of the Hebrew. These are at Montefiore Cemetery in Queens, New York City.
The footstone is of Alexander (Sandor) Laszlo (with his and his wife Johanna's headstone for reference, but it doesn't have Johanna's name).
I am particularly interested in the Hebrew words and names on Alexander Laszlo's footstone.
He was born in Pcim, Poland in 1874 and moved to Budapest, where he and Johanna (Hani) married and had three children. Sandor emigrated to the US in 1906 and Johanna and children came in 1907. He died in 1957, and Johanna died in 1958.
The headstone is of their daughter Alice Alpers (nee Laszlo), which is in the plot adjacent to Alexander and Johanna.
I believe Alexander was brother or half-brother of my great grandfather, Samuel Luftglass, but changed his name in Budapest, so I'm trying to get any details on their parents.
Thank you!

I believe this is a second marriage for Rickchen Ortweiler, I can see they are both 31. And I believe her first marriage was to a man named Lang. I would like to know whatever else is in this record. Who is she marrying, where are they from, any background, etcetera. Thank you! |

Szloma Lejbus Kac.
Trying to determine if this is my ancestor or a different one. It would help to know how old he was at time of death, his spouse if listed and his parents or children's names. Thank you. |

Hello, this page is from the document belw (pdf p. 12). I am trying to locate the RANBAM family and in particular an ITZIG RANBAM (b. abt. 1888).
Is Itzig listed here and if so what are the names of his siblings and parents? The only information I have about Itzig is a passenger manifest in 1909 listing my 2nd great grandfather S.A. Krone as his cousin. According to the manifest Itzig was from Uman and mentions being born in "Sarna" (possibly Sarny) Ukraine. Thank you!!!
