Please translate this Lodz Registration document for: Chana Krumhorn, daughter of Rajza Landau and Szalim Krumhorn. The document was obtained from USHMM. Rajza Landau, (mother of Chana) was my grandfather Max Landau's sister. I had no idea that they had a daughter. Their son Sam Krumhorn (later changed to Crohn) immigrated to North America circa 1920, and another son Daniel perished. If possible, please include all names of relatives, places, dates and also the names of the witnesses and any other pertinent information
