How do I thank someone who's posted a response to my submission?

1. On ViewMate, log into JewishGen (not shown) and click the My ViewMate link.

2. On your "Approved ViewMate Postings" page, in the "View Responses" column of the submission, click the View responses link.

3. On the Responses page, in the lower section, in the "Response" column, click the name of the person.

4. On the email page that opens, enter your message in the text box. Then click the Send Mail button.

5. You will see a confirmation that your email has been sent to that person.
