Can someone translate the Hebrew on my grandmother Yetta Berlin’s grave? She is buried at Mount Carmel Cemetary. The photo was provided by the cemetery and is not very clear.

(Not sure of Mordechai's second name.)
4/24/2024 11:01 PM I, too, am not sure of the second part of her father's name.

If you know your great-grandfather's full secular name, this might provide a clue to deciphering it.

An admittedly wild guess would be Ze'ev, which means wolf.

LAYB, which means lion. If this is correct, your great-grandfather might have had a name that included one related to lion, such as Leo, Leonard, Leopold, etc.
