Place and date of birth registration: Pyzdry, 17 (Julian) / 29 (Gregorian) July 1847.

Birth reported by Haskel KARO, handlarz skor (skins/leather merchant) aged 33, resident of Pyzdry.

Witnesses to the registration: Ber BERGER, kramarz (stallholder) aged 40 and Moszek PONCZ, introligator (bookbinder) aged 36, both living in Pyzdry.

Date of birth: 7 (Julian) / 19 (Gregorian) July 1847.

Mother: Rayza z MOSKOWSKICH aged 30.

At the circumcision, the child was named Ayzyk.

Just btw, Haskel signs CARO, not KARO.
