I wanted to know roughly the information this Akta contains, and what it is - in order to see whether it is worth translating them all. Thank you so much to whomever the hero is to translate this!

4/21/2024 4:41 PM	This is in Russian, so you might want to post it again and ask for a Russian translation. I don't know what the year is, but many of these records from 1868 onwards until around the end of WW1/the Russian Revolution are in Russian.
