This is a page from a Rabbinical death record from Vilnius in 1894. The record of interest should be the second one, M345. I am trying to figure out if it is my great great grandfather, Mayer Levin. The age and father's name are correct, but I thought that he lived another 8 years or so...

Ideally, I would like to have both the Russian and Hebrew (?) translated to compare what they say.

I have the translated info from LitvakSig - but want everything that can be extracted from the original.
