Here you go David. This is both pages. I couldn’t resist working on your document because it’s one of the most beautiful examples of Kurrent-style handwriting I’ve seen. There’s just one name I’m not certain of (marked with a question mark) and, like many of the proper names, it’s not written in Kurrent.

Instrument of Marriage between Coppell Cosmann David, called Cosmann, and Helena Levi.
On 15 January 1872 at 3 o’clock p.m. the following persons appeared before us, Ludwig Wies, Mayor of Blieskastel, Registrar of the Town of Bliescastel in the Canton of Blieskastel, District Court of Zweibrücken in the Palatinate of the Kingdom of Bavaria, requesting that they be joined in marriage: Coppell Cosmann David, called Cosmann, 33 years 11 months old, unmarried, having reached the age of majority, merchant, a resident of Barmen in Prussia, born in Wesel in Prussia according to the submitted extract of the register of births and deaths of Jews in Wesel kept at the Royal District Court of Wesel, son of Cosmann David, a merchant during his life, and his wife Henriette Philipp, called Jette Philipp, no occupation, both having been residents of Wesel and having died there according to the aforementioned extract, appended hereto; the groom’s paternal grandparents allegedly died in Wesel and his maternal grandparents likewise died in Wesel according to the named extract; and – Helena Levi, 23 years 11 months old, unmarried, having reached the age of majority, no occupation, a resident of Bliescastel and born there according to the submitted birth certificate, daughter of Emanuel Levi, 61 years old, property owner, and his wife Daylet Leib, 55 years old, both residents of Bliescastel, who are present today and consent to the marriage. The groom declared under oath that he has heard that his paternal grandfather Israel David, a merchant in Wesel during his life, and his paternal grandmother (whose name he does not know) died in Wesel between 1800 and 1810, but the applicable death registers contain no information regarding their deaths, as is confirmed by the aforementioned extract which he presented; - the four witnesses named below confirmed under oath that, although they know the groom, they are not aware of his paternal grandparents’ last place of residence or where they died. The groom produced the attached duly registered certificate of 2 December from the Royal Prussian Administrative Office in Düsseldorf, issued by the Mayor of Barmen and signed by the Royal District Office in Zweibrücken, according to which there are no legal grounds against his intended marriage.

The first announcement took place before the main entrance of our town hall on 10 December 1871 at 12 o’clock noon, the second at the same location on the 17th of the same month and year, likewise at 12 o’clock noon; likewise the first and second announcement on the same days in Barmen according to the attached certificate.
As no objection to this marriage was lodged, after first reading aloud all the above-mentioned documents and the 6th chapter of the Civil Code, titled: On Marriage, we satisfied the request made to us and asked the future spouses if they wished to take each other as man and wife. After both of them individually responded in the affirmative, we pronounced and declared them in the name of the law, Coppell Cosmann David, called Cosmann, and Helena Levi, to be joined in matrimony.
In record whereof we created this Instrument in the presence of Ber Levi, 31 years old, merchant, a resident of Lyon, France, brother of the bride, - Livn[?] Levi, 56 years old, leather dealer, - Abraham Levi, 62 years old, property owner, - the latter two being residents of Blieskastel and uncles of the bride, and – Simon Levi, called Junior, 51 years old, merchant, a resident of the same place and related to the bride in the fifth degree of kinship, all of whom signed this Instrument with us and the contracting parties after the reading aloud was concluded.

mit dem Begehren, sie ehelich zu verbinden: Coppell Cosmann David, genannt Cosmann,
drei und dreißig Jahre eilf Monate alt, ledig, großjährig, Kaufmann, wohnhaft zu
Barmen in Preußen, geboren zu Wesel in Preußen laut vorgelegten Auszuges aus
dem bei dem königlichen Kreisgerichte zu Wesel beruhenden Geburts- und Sterberegister der
Juden zu Wesel, Sohn von Cosmann David, lebend Kaufmann, und dessen gewesenen
Ehefrau Henriette Philipp, genannt Jette Philipp, ohne besonderes Gewerb, beide zu Wesel

Der Bräutigam erklärte eidlich, daß, wie er gehört habe, sein Großvater väterlicher Seits Israel David, lebend Kauf-
mann in Wesel, und seine Großmutter väterlicher Seits, deren Namen ihm unbekannt seien, in den Jahren achtzehnhundert
bis achtzehnhundert zehn zu Wesel gestorben seyn sollen, daß aber, wie dieses aus dem von ihm vorgelegten, obenerwähnten Auszuge
bestätigt sei, die betreffenden Todtenregister über deren Absterben nichts enthalten; - die unten benannten vier Zeugen erhärteten
eidlich, daß, obwohl sie den Bräutigam kennen, ihnen der letzte Wohn- und Sterbort seiner Großeltern väterlicher Seits unbekannt sei.
Der Bräutigam produzirte die anliegende, vom Oberbürgermeister in Barmen ausgefertigte, durch das königliche Bezirksamt Zweibrücken
visirte, gehörig registrirte Bescheinigung der königlich Preußischen Regierung in Düsseldorf vom zweiten Dezember abhin, wonach seiner
fraglichen Verehelichung ein gesetzliches Bedenken nicht entgegensteht.
Die erste Verkündigung hatte Statt vor der Hauptthüre unseres Gemeindehauses am zehnten
des Monats December Jahrs ein tausend acht hundert ein und siebenzig, um zwölf Uhr des
Mittags, und die zweite ebendaselbst am siebenzehnten des nämlichen Monats und
Jahres, ebenfalls um zwölf Uhr des Mittags; auf gleiche Weise die erste und zweite
Verkündigung, nach der anliegenden Bescheinigung, an denselben Tagen zu Barmen.
Da uns keine Opposition gegen diese Heirath insinuirt worden, so haben wir, nach vorheriger Vorlesung
aller oben erwähnten Schriften und des 6ten Kapitels des bürgerlichen Gesetzbuches, betitelt: von der Hei-
rath, der an uns geschehenen Aufforderung Genüge geleistet und haben den künftigen Ehegatten und die
künftige Ehegattin gefragt, ob sie sich zum Manne und zur Frau nehmen wollen. Nachdem beide, und zwar
jedes insbesondere, eine bejahende Antwort gegeben hatten, erklärten wir im Namen des Gesetzes, daß
Coppell Cosmann David, genannt Cosmann, und Helena Levi
ehelich mit einander verbunden sind.
Worüber wir diesen Akt aufgesetzt haben in Gegenwart von Ber Levi, ein und dreißig Jahr alt,
Kaufmann, zu Lyon in Frankreich wohnhaft, Bruder der Braut, - Livn[?] Levi, sechs und
fünfzig Jahre alt, Lederhändler, - Abraham Levi, zwei und sechzig Jahre alt, Eigenthümer,
- diese zwei zu Blieskastel wohnhaft und Oheime der Braut, und – Simon Levi, der Jüngere
gennant, ein und fünfzig Jahre alt, Kaufmann, daselbst wohnhaft, mit der Braut im fünften
Grade verwandt,
welche, nach geschehener Vorlesung, diesen Akt mit uns und den kontrahirenden Theilen unterschrieben haben.
