Line 34
16 August 1866
Place: Rzepanik
Groom: Wilhelm Pelz, son of Mathias and Jutte Pelz in Tarnow, marital status widowed
Bride: Amalia Leuchtag, daughter of Michal Beer and Esther Leuchtag (a married couple) from Gorlica, marital status unmarried
Groom age 31, born in Tarnow
Bride age 17, born in Gorlica
Married by the religious leader in Rzepanik, witnessed by Samuel Bleiweiss and Ascher Platzmann
The Remarks column says, “Based on the authorization by Tarnow District Rabbi Israel Rapaport”. (My guess is this refers to the “religious leader’s” authority to marry the couple.)
There is also an unrecognized abbreviation followed by “23/VII 921”, which I interpret as 23 July 1921.
