12/22/2021 1:59 PM I am looking for a death record Acta 18 on the Biezun BMD files. This is the last of the three Acta 18 records, so I hope it is the correct one.
The JRI-Poland index entry identifies it as a death record for "Mosek Jelsztejn", who might be my gg grandfather, Moziek Elsztejn of Biezun. If this is the correct record, I would like any information about his age or birth date, date of death, patronymic, name of wife or parents, etc.
If, in fact, this is not a record for him, I will post the other two Acta 18 records from the file.

In the 3rd right column, where it says Wurzel, there is text added with a pencil, with some date in 1902.

I'm trying to find out what the added text says.

This couple, my great Aunt and Uncle, were married in Romania.
They lived for a short time in Paris and I think it must have been required to show they were married. I have similar documents for the birth of their children from Paris, although they were all born I Romania.
I would like to know as much as can be translated.
If the date of marriage and there address in Paris is in the document, I would like that as well.
My great Aunt ran a millinery business in Paris, I'm not sure what he did there.
