Please translate from French. The script might be difficult.

This couple, my great Aunt and Uncle, were married in Romania.
They lived for a short time in Paris and I think it must have been required to show they were married. I have similar documents for the birth of their children from Paris, although they were all born I Romania.
I would like to know as much as can be translated.
If the date of marriage and there address in Paris is in the document, I would like that as well.

The year nineteen hundred, April sixth at 11 am, we ??? Henri Edmond ????, Deputy Mayor, acting as Civil Status Officer of the 1st arrondissement of Paris, have transcribed the following expedition, of a marriage certificate celebrated in Bucharest, Romania, _

The year 1893, May 20 at one and a half in the afternoon, marriage certificate of Marc Grossman, traveling salesman, born in Sassé, domiciled in Bucharest, son of Henry Grosman trader in Sassé and Marie Grosman. The husband's father consents by authentic deed to the marriage of his son to Miss Eveline Zilberman, milliner, 24 years old in Bucharest, born in Sassé, daughter of Robin Zilberman, domiciled in Bucharest, and Caroline Zilberman, domiciled in Bucharest, who is present has consented to this marriage. The aforementioned contracting parties to this (marriage ???) declared to us that they made an authentic marriage contract by the Court of Hfosdrtes (????).
The preliminary acts are:
- the publications made in this commune on Sundays 9 and 16 May 1893,
- The spouse's birth certificate
- the consent of the husband's father,
- the death certificate of the husband's mother
- the wife's birth certificate
- the death certificate of the wife's father
of all which acts initialed and annexed, as well as chapter 6 of title V of the civil code, it was read by us in the presence of all the above qualified persons. After which the contracting parties have declared that they wish to take in marriage one Eveline Zilberman, the other Marc Grosman, and we councilor of Bucharest, civil status officer, have pronounced in the name of the law that the contracting parties unite through marriage. All the above was done in public in the communal palace in the reception of H. Grosman 59 years old, trader, rue du 13 Septembre 1891, Léon Donen, 49 years old trader, rue Vakarestki 72, doctor Veisberg, 28 years old, doctor rue Tawenlin (???), Ignatz Pamcker (?) 27 years old, shopkeeper, rue du 12 (???) June 47.
And after we read this deed to everyone present, (???), the mother of the wife and the witnesses signed this deed at the same time as us, after it was read to them, the wife's mother said she could not sign. Follow signatures . The above marriage certificate was transcribed by us Arsène Henry, Minister Plenipotent of France in Romania, civil status officer, on March 8, 1900 on the production of a document of the original document duly legalized, to us with the translation by Maître Grosman, trader, residing in Bucharest, which consignments and translations were annexed to the register after having been initialed by us and the applicant.
