Information Question
Category: Translation - Other
Family Surname: Strelitz, Weinthal
Country: Czech Republic
Town: Terezin
Date of Image: 1949
Oscar Moritz Strelitz from Hamburg, Germany died at the Theresienstadt Ghetto (Terezin in Czech) in 1945. Czech death ledger dated 1949. Entry at the top of the page, number 389. Please translate. Insights welcomed. Is there a legal reason for its creation? A formal death declaration perhaps? Also, I noticed 2 different hand-writing: one for the name, the other for the text. Did 2 different people write this or are 2 styles required for some reason?
Date of birth August 13, 1900. Mother Ida Weinthal, Father Emil Strelitz.
Found via Jewish Gen's Czech Deaths database. Record has 2 links to the register image. I used: https://zayt.org/collections/jewish-registers-1784-1949/z-2135?p=110
