This is the hebrew side of a headstone on the cemetery in Trnava Slovakia. The other side of "Hier ruht Frau Fani Grab". I hope someone can read and translated the hebrew text.

passed away on the 33rd day of the counting of the Omer in the 5687 (year since the world was created, this was the 18th of Iyyar, 5687 / which began at sunset Thusday evening May 19, 1927 and ended the next evening Friday May 20, 1927)
THE first letter of each of the next five rows spell an acrostic of her first name. Each row uses Biblical words to describe her piety.
She conducted herself with righteousness all her life
She established her household according to the ways of the Torah
She donated her heart to revitalize the needy
She fulfilled the commandments and did good deeds
She taught and raised her children to have integrity and goodness
The five letters on the bottom row are the initials of a verse "May his soul be bound in the bundle of life"
A direct quote from the Book of the Prophet Samuel / Shmuel A, 25: 29, that is traditionally engraved on Jewish tombstones.
