I thought I might add a few thoughts to this posting that are relevant. The Words that were used in this epitaph all paraphrase the Torah and have meaning.
1. אישה זקנה an old woman.
In Pirkei Avos 5:21, Zaken or in this instance Zkeinah refers to age 60 +
2. Important and modest, God fearing
3. in all of her actions (deeds) Madame
(Mishlei-Proverbs 31: 30-31)
Rabbinical classic commentaries attribute as to being authored by Shlomo Halamech, (King Salomon) in tribute to his mother Queen BasSheva or his ancestor, Ruth.
4. Rivkah Leah
5. daughter of Yakob Yesgar
6. passed away on the Holy Shabbos on the 15th day of the Jewish month of Sh'vat
7. in the 5672 (year since the world was created),
The five letters on the bottom row are the initials of a verse "May his soul be bound in the bundle of life"
A direct quote from the Book of the Prophet Samuel / Shmuel A, 25: 29, that is traditionally engraved on Jewish tombstones.

The words used tell us that she was a devout and pious woman.
In Rabbinic tradition, the words " אשה חשוה ishah chashuvah" used to describe a woman, don't just mean "important woman," it implies that others held her in high esteem due to her piety, observance of the mitzvos and/or her communal good deeds
The day of her passing 15th of Sh’vat, 5672 was on the Holy Shabbos, which began Friday evening at sunset February 2, 1912 and ended on Saturday night February 3, 1912. The deceased Rivkah Leah A"H must have been a special and devout woman, being as she merited passing away on Shabbos. According to our tradition the Gates of Gehenom-hell are closed on Shabbos thus anyone who dies, their souls enter directly into Gan Eden. When that happens, we generally wait until after the Shabbos ends Saturday night after dark or the following day Sunday, to bury the deceased. Burials are not done on Shabbos. According to biblical tradition, Great Pious and Holy Jewish leaders like Joseph, Moses and King David all died on the Shabbos.
