I see that it has been a long time since you posted this request so you may have found your answer already. Moshe's grandfather was Chaim Rotblut, born in 1887. He had two sons that I am aware of, Hymen Ruben, born in 1850 and Israel, born in 1863 in Kalvarija, Lithuania, died in 1949 in NY. Israel had eight children, Isidor, David, Moshe, Kopel Mendal, Malke, Nathan and one more whose name and gender, I do not know. Hymen Ruben had nine children.
