On  Response
2/23/2011 5:03 AM details of survivors from armed forces,
took the words after "targy" and Googled it

also kind of understand the words itself,
6/1/2011 10:22 PM The document is a detailed set of instructions for the local registry office, sent by the Ministry of Interior, regarding the rules for entering the details of the death of the person in the document that was supposed to be attached to this letter. That other document is supposed to contain the details of the death of GRUNWALD Ferencz, apparently fallen somewhere as a soldier in WWI. The document was issued in Budapest on August 19, 1916.
