My dear son Yisrael Avraham 4th day of the Hebrew month Kislev
6/19/2009 Hello Arthur,

The name on the tombstone is Israel ben Avraham, which translates to Israel son of Abraham. He died during the Hebrew month of Kislev. Hope that this helps....Jo
11/14/2009 as best I can see, it reads:

My beloved son
Yisrael ben Avroham
4 Kislev (5)713 [Nov 22, 1952]

and the abbreviation for "May his soul be bound up in the bond of eternal life"
12/20/2009 My darling son Yisrael (Israel) the son of Avraham (Abraham), died 4th Kislev 5714 (Hebrew date) - may his soul be bound up in the bonds of life (equivalent to RIP - standard inscription on most gravestones)
