9/26/2010 8:06 PM I was looking at the image archives and saw that there was no previous answer to this.

"Here lies our dear father Elihu son of Shlomo HaLevi
died 3 Tevet 5686. May his soul be bound up in the bond of everlasting life"

אבינו היקר ר’ = Our dear Father, Rabbi
אליהו = Eliahu
ב’ר שלמה הלוי = Son of Rabbi Shlomo Halevi
נפטר ג’ טבת = Deceased on Gimel Tevet
תרפ"ז = The Jewish year of 5,687
תנצבה = תהיה נשמתו צרורה בצרור החיים =
May his soul be bound up in the bond of everlasting life
