11/19/2021 7:45 PM Interesting record. It does look like a draft record, but what makes it interesting is that it seems for a woman. This is based on feminine forms of the words "married" [4] and "illiterate" [7]. Because of a very small sample of handwriting, some things are illegible.

1. Faith: Jewish
2. DOB or age: 49 y.o.
3. Occupation: housewife
4. Marital state: married
5. Living with them: Daughter [name illegible] 20(?) y.o.
6. Attitude to military service: [blank]
7: Signature of the passport holder: Illiterate
Height: average
Hair colour: black
Distinguishing features: semite (?)

11/19/2021 8:50 PM Correction: - this is not a military draft record, this is the left side of a passport.
11/19/2021 9:16 PM And even more comments. I may have misinterpreted the writing in the "distinguishing features" record because the shorthand in this form is very difficult to read. After reviewing other Russian passports from these years with clearer handwriting I conclude that this record says "none".
