In the 5th line, there is a word before Tarnogrod that many AIs have failed to decipher. Might be a town, might be something else. Please translate the first 8 lines for me.

the passage is about the registration [(on February 15, 1885)] of birth of a son , who was given name Gershko after circumcision.
The birth happened January 10, 1885 in village Knyazhpol [село Княжполь]. Also, it lists name and
age of the father, name (and maiden name) of the mother [Malka Elbaum 37 years of age], and names, age and occupation of two witnesses.
Also, it contains the verification of the record by an official, and the two witnesses.
