Hello,
Here is all the useful information. The alternate spellings for the sons’ names are because of Polish declensions: the names are written as “Moska” and “Berka,” so the root names could be either of those I listed below.

Registration of Death: Staszów, 27 July 1855 (15 July 1855 in the Julian calendar), 8 a.m. [8:00]

Death: 26 July 1855 (14 July 1855), 9 p.m. [21:00]

Decedent: Rochla HERSZKOPF, Jewish religion, widow, day-laborer, 58 years old

Surviving Relatives: four sons, Mosek [or Mosko], Berek [or Berko], Pinkwas, and Izrael; daughter, Rajzla; in Staszów

Witnesses: Ejzyk DUNAIETZ, 53 years old; and Szymon BRAM, day-laborer, 52 years old; both residing in Staszów
