I would like a translation of this document (in particular names of the parents, their occupations if any, addresses, names of the witnesses, date of birth, and any useful information for genealogical purpose) Thank you

Father: Berek GOTLIB, Jewish religion, money-lender, residing here in Kazimierz, 30 years old

Mother: Eta GOTLIB, 27 years old

Witnesses: Zacharyasz TUCHSZNAJDER, synagogue sexton, 69 years old; and Gdala GUTMAN, day-laborer, 65 years old; both Jewish, both residing here in Kazimierz
