Hello,
Here is all the useful information from the document. The annotations just correct the decedent’s age from 75 years to 74 years.

Decedent: Herz ADLER the First, 74 years old, Jewish religion, residing in Kelsterbach, born in Kelsterbach, married with Babette née LEVI

Parents: the deceased butcher Moses ADLER the First and his deceased wife Jettchen née KAHN, late of Kelsterbach

Death: Kelsterbach, 17 August 1896, at 5 a.m. [5:00]

Declarant: Julius ADLER, merchant, residing in Kelsterbach, informed of the death by his own cognizance
